2024 U.S. Amateur Final Qualifying - Concord CC

Practice Rounds: Players may arrange a practice round by contacting the golf shop and identifying themselves as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds will be offered based on club availability within the timeframes listed below. 

 

Availability:

  • Friday July 12th – 1:00pm -1:50pm
  • Wednesday July 17th – 1:00pm – 1:50pm
  • Sunday July 21st – 1:00pm-2:30pm

 

Notes:

  • There will be a mandatory trail fee of $30 (CASH ONLY) there is no ATM on site. 
  • Email Adrien Marcoux (amarcoux@concordcc.org) to schedule a practice round.. 
  • Concord Country Club sells Strakaline Yardage books in the golf shop for $49
  • Practice rounds will be walking only. If you would like a club caddie, contact Adrien.
  • Competitors will be limited to one practice round and will be paired up with other U.S. Amateur Final qualifying competitors.
  • Only one ball may be played per competitor during their practice round.
  • Practice rounds are for players/caddies only – no guests/spectators allowed. Caddies are only permitted to caddie only.

 

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 8:00am off the 1st tee only. See the "Starting Times" tab above to view the pairings and starting times.

 

Withdrawals:  To withdraw from a qualifier, please login to the USGA Portal and click WITHDRAW and select the Championship and Reason for withdrawing. If applicable, any refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once submitted, all withdrawals are final. If you need to withdraw within 48 hours of the qualifier, please also e-mail Steve Yatrousis at syatrousis@massgolf.org.  

 

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: TBD Qualifying Spots and 2 Alternate Spots. Qualifying players will advance to the U.S. Amateur Championship at 

Hazeltine National Golf Club (Chaska, MN).  

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is prohibited. 

 

Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart.  

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: Competition Tees & Yardage are approximate and subject to change. Play will be from the USGA tee markers, which will correspond roughly with the BLACK tee yardage (6,700 yards - Par 72). 

 

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: The practice facilities will be open and available at 7:00am. 

 

Food & Beverage: Available at the Snack Bar behind the 9th green (CASH ONLY) there is no ATM on site. 

 

Dress Code:  Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application. 

 

 

*There will be no registration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to receive local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
